I’m sharing some of my favorites below in hopes you can find a few new favorites too. Feel free to get creative with these protein recipes and make them your own!                     Ingredients

                    • 7 dates
                    • 1 scoopJust Ingredients Snickerdoodle Protein Powder
                    • 1¼ cup pecans or walnuts
                    • ¼ tsp sea salt
                    • 1 tsp vanilla

                    Instructions

                    1. Slice dates open and remove the pit.
                    2. Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until doughy.
                    3. If mixture is not moist enough, add 1-2 tbsp of water.
                    4. Roll into balls and store in the fridge.

                    Notes

                    Time: 15 minutes + 30 minutes fridge time

                    Ingredients

                    • 3 scoopsJust Ingredients Vanilla Bean Protein Powder
                    • 3 eggs
                    • 2 tbsp water
                    • 1 tbsp vanilla
                    • 1 cup vanilla yogurt (not Greek)
                    • 1 Simple Mills vanilla cake box

                    Instructions

                    1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
                    2. Grease 8″ round pan.
                    3. Mix eggs, water, vanilla, and yogurt well.
                    4. Stir in protein powder and cake mix.
                    5. Pour into pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

                    French Toast

                    Ingredients

                    • ½ cup whole milk
                    • 2 scoopsJust Ingredients Vanilla Bean Protein Powder
                    • 6 pasture raised eggs
                    • 1 tsp vanilla
                    • 1 tsp cinnamon
                    • 8 slices of organic bread or sourdough
                    • Avocado oil
                    • Maple Syrup

                    Instructions

                    1. Lightly grease pan with avocado oil.
                    2. Mix all ingredients in shallow bowl.
                    3. Dip bread in mixture on both sides.
                    4. Cook on griddle or stovetop until browned on both sides.
                    5. Drizzle maple syrup on top with other desired toppings.

                    Cinnamon Sugar Soft Pretzel

                    Ingredients

                    Pretzel Dough

                    • 3 scoopsJust Ingredients Snickerdoodle Protein PowderorJust Ingredients Vanilla Bean Protein Powder
                    • 4 tsp active dry yeast
                    • 1 tsp organic cane sugar
                    • 1¼ cups warm water (110°F)
                    • 4-5 cups organic, unbleached all purpose flour
                    • ½ cup organic cane sugar
                    • 1½ tsp salt
                    • 1 tbsp avocado or coconut oil

                    Baking Soda Bath

                    • ½ cup baking soda
                    • 4 cups hot water

                    Toppings

                    • ¼ cup melted butter
                    • ½ cup cinnamon sugar

                    Instructions

                    1. In a large mixing bowl or mixer, dissolve yeast and 1 tsp sugar in 1¼ cup of warm water. Let stand until creamy (about 10 min).
                    2. In the bowl with yeast mixture, combine oil, ½ cup sugar, and salt.
                    3. Slowly add flour until the dough comes together and is slightly tacky.
                    4. Knead the dough for 7 to 8 minutes.
                    5. Lightly place a towel over the dough and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (1-2 hours).
                    6. Once the dough has doubled in size, preheat the oven to 450°F.
                    7. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and divide into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a rope and twist into a pretzel shape, or cut into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
                    8. In a large bowl, dissolve baking soda in 4 cups of hot water.
                    9. Dip each pretzel or bite-sized piece into the baking soda solution and place onto a baking sheet.
                    10. Bake for 8 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
                    11. Once pretzels are baked, melt butter in a bowl. Add the cinnamon sugar to another bowl.
                    12. Dip each pretzel or bite-sized piece into melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar.

                    Time: 1 hour prep + 2 hours rising + 8 minutes cooking

                    Mint Chocolate Brownies

                    Ingredients

                    • 10 tablespoons salted butter
                    • 1¼ cups granulated sugar
                    • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
                    • 1 tsp vanilla
                    • 2 large eggs
                    • ½ cup kamut flour
                    • 3 scoopsJust Ingredients Mint Chocolate Protein Powder
                    • ⅓ cup chocolate chips
                    • ⅓ cup pecans, chopped (optional)

                    Instructions

                    1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line an 8×8 baking dish.
                    2. In a medium saucepan, combine the butter, sugar, and cocoa powder over medium-low heat. Stir until the butter melts and remove from heat.
                    3. Transfer batter to a bowl. Beat in vanilla and eggs.
                    4. Stir in the flour and protein powder.
                    5. If using, add chocolate chips and nuts.
                    6. Pour batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
                    7. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean and the edges look crisp.

                    • Any milk to desired consistency

                    Instructions

                    1. Preheat skillet to medium heat.
                    2. Mix all ingredients.
                    3. Cook ¼ cup batter ~5 minutes each side.
                    4. Add desired toppings.

                    • 1 cup organic oat flour
                    • 12 pasture raised eggs
                    • 1-2 cups organic whole milk
                    • 2 scoops any flavor protein powder
                    • Toppings: maple syrup, strawberries

                    Instructions

                    1. Separate egg whites and yolks into two different bowls and beat the whites until peaky.
                    2. Beat the egg yolks with all other ingredients.
                    3. Fold whites into batter, combine well taking care not to over mix.
                    4. Pour over greased griddle and cook for about 3 minutes per side.
                    5. Top with cut up fruit and drizzle with maple syrup or hazelnut spread below.

                    • ¼ tsp salt

                    Instructions

                    1. Use a towel to rub skins off hazelnuts.
                    2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
                    3. Blend until smooth, using milk as needed.
