Thanks to the power of the internet we’ve gained access to hundreds of awe-inspiring spaces celebrities get to call home. From mansions in Montecito to inner-city hideaways in Melbourne, there is no shortage of A-list digs to trawl through on the net.
While we associate these spaces with the stars that live within them, more often than not there's an interior design genius working behind the scenes to curate the homes we dote over today.
Ahead, 10 talented interior designers who brought some of our favorite celebrity homes to life.
1. Flack Studio
With a respect for the past and an eye for the future, the multidisciplinary practice of architects and designers of Flack Studio know how to curate a beautiful space. Combining creative flair with exceptional rigour, Flack Studio creates environments of sophistication and ease. One such space which captured the attention of a nation was none other than Troye Sivan’s soulful Melbourne home. Preserving the essence of the home’s Victorian-era origins was of the utmost importance to both Flack Studio and Troye. The result of meticulous hard work is a breathtaking home which is both inviting and luxurious.
2. Clements Design
Founded by Kathleen and Tommy Clements, LA-based interior design studio Clements Design is a powerhouse for creating beautifully layered and finely curated spaces. Known for their gallery-esque and nature-inspired scenes, the duo have a knack for finding the perfect vintage furniture and homewares to not only complement the space, but reflect the personality of the person who lives there. Among the many A-list names who have been lucky enough to have Clements Design curate their home, Kendall Jenner’s tranquil Los Angeles digs continues to be one of their most prized and well known projects.

3. Proem Studio
Founded in 2017 by Ashley Drost and Marie Thohman, Los Angeles-based interior design business Proem Studio, offers end-to-end design service to ensure the most beautiful result possible. A celebrated favourite by Proem Studio, is influencer Emma Chamberlain’s laidback-luxe LA home. Mirroring Emma’s go-with-the-flow nature, her home serves as a space for her to relax and unplug from the hustle and bustle of her everyday life. Melding various design eras and styles, the 1955 home celebrates organic materials and the natural earthiness that make up the surrounding landscape.
4. Pierce & Ward
The stunning homes of Dakota Johnson and Emma Roberts are the result of tireless work from Louisa Pierce & Emily Ward's interior design studio Pierce & Ward. Experts in capturing the personality of the individual in their home, Louisa and Emily’s main goal when designing a home is for it to look like the owner has lived there for a long time. This ethos is prevalent in both Dakota Johnson’s and Emma Roberts’ homes, where sentimental decor and furniture line the walls and floors of their spaces. Lovers of contrasting patterns and materials, Pierce & Ward playfully experiment and push the boundaries of what is possible in the interior design world.
5. Jeff Andrews
Jeff Andrews is the brains behind the homes many of us know well, working closely with celebs such as Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian to curate spaces which are both beautiful and functional. Closely observing the needs of his clients, Jeff’s attention to detail and innovative approach allow him to create homes which celebrate the unique personality their inhabitants. Often approaching projects with a maximalist eye, Jeff’s work has unmatched ease of sophistication and homeliness.
6. Jane Hallworth
Approaching design as a synthesis of architecture, decoration and landscape, UK-native – but LA-based – Jane Hallworth creates beautiful and intimate spaces which mirror the spirit of her clients. Fluent in both contemporary and traditional design styles, Jane borrows inspiration from a myriad of eras, locations, and individuals, to make a home that is distinctive to that person. One home where her unmatched talents are on show is Kirsten Dunst's. The charming ranch house was a product of love from both Hallworth and Dunst; where the two worked closely together to create the best possible outcome.
7. Kelly Wearstler
Creating multi-faceted, experiential residential, hospitality, commercial and retail environments , American designer Kelly Wearstler is somewhat of a mogul in the interior design world. Her talents extend to a range of different spaces, but all carry a certain je ne sais quoi which give each project that distinct edge. A lover of using oversized designs to act as focal points for her rooms, Kelly creates buzzy spaces which are alive with character but still soothing enough to live in. Her long list of clients includes Gwen Stefani, Cameron Diaz, and Ben Stiller just to name a few, who are all lucky enough to live amongst her imaginative world of interiors in their homes.
8. Jeremiah Brent
American interior designer and TV personality Jeremiah Brent creates effortlessly luxurious spaces that encapsulate the personality of their inhabitants. With offices in Los Angeles and New York, Jeremiah’s roster is packed with opportunities to transform homes for his impressive list of clients. One iconic name on Jeremiah’s list is none other than Oprah Winfrey, who he helped to bring her neutral vision to life. A fan of a muted palette, Jeremiah adds interest to his spaces with an array of different textures and materials. Sculptural plants are also frequently added to his rooms, to add focal points of intrigue and drama.
9. Romanek Design Studio
Founder and principal designer of Romanek Design Studio, Brigette Romanek has no shortage of accolades to her name. Her sculptural living spaces captivate the viewer, with an emphasis on the form and shape of the objects she uses. Tying in techniques from various different design styles, Brigette’s talent is evident in all of her projects. One project which exhibits her natural flair for styling, is Gwyneth Paltrow’s tranquil Montecito home. Romanek and Paltrow worked together to create a living sanctuary that serves the needs of a modern family without compromising on style.
10. Charles & Co.
Independent interior design studio Charles & Co. has a knack for producing boundary-pushing and eclectic interiors for both residential and commercial properties. Founded and led by Vicky Charles – the former designer director at Soho House for twenty years – Charles & Co. places an emphasis on creating profoundly considered spaces that work flawlessly for those who will inhabit them. Award-winning actress Emma Stone, and iconic couple David and Victoria Beckham are just a few of the names who have the pleasure of living amongst Charles & Co.'s work in their home.
