  1. In a saucepan over medium heat pour condensed milk, semi-sweet chocolate chips and butter.
  2. Heat up the mixture stirring constantly until everything melts.Wait for it to come to a light boil then remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract.

  • This sauce will be thin while it's still hot, however it will thicken as it cools down.
  • Make sure that you stir the sauce constantly while it's cooking, as chocolate can stick to the pan and scorch quickly.
  • A light boil means small bubbles will break the surface of the liquid. This is not a full rolling boil.

Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for up to one month. I like to store it mason jar, I find it works best to keep it fresh.

  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can condensed milk 14oz
  • 2 Tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a sauce pan over medium heat pour condensed milk, chocolate chip and butter.

  • Heat up the mixture stirring constantly until everything melts.

  • Stir in vanilla extract and leave the mixture to cool down for 5-10 minutes.
